The first and primary motive for setting up this company is to create a stable work environment where engineers who have a deep and profound appreciation for technology could realize their societal mission and work to their heart's content.

Code of Ethics

Our code of Ethics applies to all E54 directors, officers and employees. We created this organisation out of pride for our work and the way we conduct business. We shall continue to uphold our standard of Ethic and personal integrity in all type of interactions. Mr. Buffet illustrated it better than anyone:

“...I want employees to ask themselves whether they are willing to have any contemplated act appear the next day on the front page of their local paper – to be read by their spouses, children and friends – with the reporting done by an informed and critical reporter.”

Management policies
We shall constantly emphasize activities of real substance and seek expansion not only for the sake of size;
We shall maintain our business operations small, advance technologically and grow in areas where large enterprises cannot enter due to their size;
We shall carefully select employees, and our firm shall be comprised of minimal number of employees. We shall avoid to have formal positions for the mere sake of having them, and shall place emphasis on a person's ability, performance and character, so that each individual can fully exercise his or her abilities and skills;
